Scheduling Information

To provide efficient route-based service, Scoop Squad Pro operates within scheduled service windows rather than exact appointment times.

You will submit a service request through the calendar. Our team will then contact you to confirm scheduling details and your preferred service window.

Available Service Windows:
☀ Morning Window: 8 AM – 12 PM
🌤 Afternoon Window: 12 PM – 4 PM
🌙 Evening Window: 4 PM – 7 PM

A Scoop Squad team member may arrive at any time within your selected service window.

Please ensure:

✔ Pets are secured indoors
✔ Gates are unlocked and accessible
✔ Yard access is clear during your selected window
✔ Any gate codes, access instructions, or special notes are included in your intake form during booking

You do not need to be home during service as long as we have safe access to the yard.

We sanitize equipment between properties to help maintain a clean and safe service experience for every customer.
